Part-Time Administrator vacancy in the Education Team 

Tiggywinkles, the World’s busiest Wildlife Hospital, is seeking an Education Administrator to join our friendly and professional Education team on a permanent basis. This is a part-time role working four days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday), 9.30am – 2pm, year round.

The department runs Diploma qualifications for aged 16+ students. You will play an important part in the smooth running of the department, providing full administrative support, assisting with the monitoring of student portfolios, maintaining student and volunteer records, assisting with the preparation of documentation, and liaising with students, volunteers, colleges/schools and the general public face-to-face, over the telephone and via email.

To succeed in the role, you will have a professional manner with some previous office administration and customer-facing experience, be computer literate and, ideally, fully proficient in Microsoft Office. In addition, you will have a high level of attention to detail, work effectively as part of a team and on your own initiative, be an excellent communicator both verbally and in writing, and be confident managing a varied workload.
