Guided Tour Tickets

Not part of a large organisation or group but would still like to enjoy a tour of the Visitor Centre? Great news – you can do so by joining one of our general public Visitor Centre guided tour days. These 2-hour guided tours will be carried out by one of our experienced members of staff, whereby groups of up to 30 people can view some of our permanent patients in their near-natural enclosures and learn about our life-saving work.

All tours will be finished with the option of a hot beverage in our undercover café area (drink included in price). Refreshments will be served at the end of the tour only.

These tours are not suitable for under 8s and no other children or babies can be brought along with your booking.

All tickets are £11.50 per head, regardless of age and membership status.

Admission prices - including Gift Aid or a 10% donation

Did you know you can make every £1 you spend on your ticket worth £1.25 to our lifesaving work with Gift Aid?

Tiggywinkles is a charity and so all money made through our Visitor Centre goes towards saving the lives of the sick, injured and orphaned wild animals in our care. If you are a UK taxpayer and you make a 10% donation we claim an extra 25p for every £1 you spend at no extra cost to you. As our charity receives no government or lotto funding, the ability to claim Gift Aid makes a significant difference.

Not a UK tax payer? You can still help - by donating 10% of your ticket price to our charity work. The prices below apply to you too. Thank you.

Admission prices - No Gift Aid and no 10% donation

If you do not want to donate 10% of your ticket price to help our ongoing conservation work then please do let us know on arrival and we will be happy to arrange a cash refund before you leave. Our online booking facility is unable to book without this donation, sadly.

Carers with the relevant paperwork will not be charged an admission fee.
