Book your tickets now!
Please make sure you have read our FAQs before booking tickets below.
Tickets must be booked for all visitors even if payment is not required to allow us to safely monitor capacity numbers. Members get free entry, however, you will still need to use the booking system below in order to secure a slot. Please bring your ticket and proof of membership along with you - for example, your membership card. If you don't have a card, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to get one organised.
Due to Coronavirus restrictions, some of our exhibits will have restricted access and only one household will be able to view at a time. These include our baby bird and mammal viewing windows, Orthopaedic Suite and badger viewing area.
Admission prices - including Gift Aid or a 10% donation
Did you know you can make every £1 you spend on your ticket worth £1.25 to our lifesaving work with Gift Aid?
Tiggywinkles is a charity and so all money made through our Visitor Centre goes towards saving the lives of the sick, injured and orphaned wild animals in our care. If you are a UK taxpayer and you make a 10% donation we claim an extra 25p for every £1 you spend at no extra cost to you. As our charity receives no government or lotto funding, the ability to claim Gift Aid makes a significant difference.
Not a UK tax payer? You can still help - by donating 10% of your ticket price to our charity work. The prices below apply to you too. Thank you.
Admission prices - No Gift Aid and no 10% donation
If you do not want to donate 10% of your ticket price to help our ongoing conservation work then please do let us know on arrival and we will be happy to arrange a cash refund before you leave. Our online booking facility is unable to book without this donation, sadly.
Covid19 - During these difficult times and limited ticketing we ask that you purchase a non-member ticket and then on arrival bring you relevant paperwork and we will refund you on the day.
Carers with the relevant paperwork will not be charged an admission fee.
Any of the following can be shown at the counter:
- Disability Living Allowance or Attendance Allowance Award letter (dated within the last 12 months)
- Personal Independence Payment letter (dated within the last 12 months)
- A current, valid Blue Badge
- Letter from GP or consultant (dated within 12 months) confirming the need for a full-time carer. This does not need to be a letter of diagnosis.
- Carer ID with photo
Unfortunately, we will not be able to issue tickets without seeing (one of) the above documentation.
Each disabled guest will be able to receive one free carer ticket when providing one of the above forms of documentation.
